Play Sessions

As play is at the heart of Hartfield and of all Early Years education, we also timetable play sessions which are child-led, exploratory play sessions set up to excite your littles ones’ curiosity and make you wish you were little again! We plan these sessions using the EYFS curriculum for babies and children under five.
There are different play nooks to discover designed to help children develop all the Early Years areas of learning. Our play nooks include the baby corner, imaginative play area, creation station and small world play. Children can also enjoy loose parts play, the sensory room and book nook.
You can enjoy Early Years Play on a 'pay as you go basis' on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.
