Ask Us

I am really interested in coming to Hartfield, when are your class/sessions times and term dates?

You can see the current term’s timetable at the drop down menu on the ‘What do we offer’ tab. If there are no spaces in the class you prefer, email us to ask to join the waiting list.

Our terms are broadly in line with local primary schools.

How long are the classes?

Each class is 45 minutes long. We ask that all children arrive promptly.

How much do classes  cost?

The cost of classes for a six week term will be £63

We offer sibling discounts for classes. The cost of a second child ( aged over 1 year) attending the same class for the term is £24

I’d like to enrol in a class at Hartfield but would like to try a class first before I commit to signing up for a term? Is this possible?

You can book at trial class for £5. See the Book Now page for details of the upcoming trial classes.

Can I enrol in a class part way through a term?

If there are spaces available you may be able to enrol part way through a term. We expect most people to enrol for a full term and get the benefit of meeting regularly with the same children and adults. Classes will be adapted to match the needs of the children enrolled in the class which is possible when we know who will be attending regularly.

How many children are in each class/ play session?

Classes are small, usually no more than 10 children.

My child has additional needs. Can he/she come to classes ?

Your child would be most welcome. Hartfield is an inclusive Early Education centre. You may like to discuss your child’s individual needs with us so that we can suggest classes and times that they will benefit from most. Children with SEND are welcome at any class subject to availability.

Where can I park near your centre?

We are sorry but there is no parking at our centre. We do encourage you to walk if that is possible. If you need to drive please do not park your car at the top of Bradbourne or St John’s Roads which can become very congested and we want to be considerate to our neighbours. There is plenty of parking, both restricted 2 hour parking and unrestricted parking, within easy walking distance. We know the area well so we can suggest suitable places to park if you ask us.

Where can I put my buggy?

There is an outside area where you can leave your buggy. We have invested in buggy parking for 8 buggies and will extend this if it proves popular with parents.

Why do you ask us to take our shoes off at the centre?

We are sure you will agree that it is important that the floors are as clean as possible as we cater for very young children.
